India vs Australia, 3rd ODI: ICC one day world cup Before 2023, the Indian team has given the message of its preparation to everyone by taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the 3-match ODI series against Australia. Now Team India has to play the last match of this series on 27th September at Rajkot ground, which will see the return of key players including captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
KL Rahul took the responsibility of captaincy for Team India in the first 2 matches of the series against Australia. Under his leadership, the team won the first match by 5 wickets and the second match by 99 runs as per Duckworth Lewis rules. The biggest relief for Team India after the first two matches of this series was the form of Suryakumar Yadav and Shreyas Iyer.
Before the World Cup, the Indian team now has a chance to experiment in the last match of the series. That is why opening batsman Shubhman Gill can be rested, in whose place captain Rohit Sharma can join. It is considered certain that Virat Kohli will be included in the playing 11 in place of Ruturaj Gaikwad.
Hardik, Ashwin may get another chance in place of Shardul
If we look at other changes in the playing 11 of Team India for the third ODI, Hardik Pandya can be seen playing in place of Shardul Thakur. Whereas Axar Patel is not fully fit yet, Ravichandran Ashwin can be given another chance. Apart from this, before the World Cup, Kuldeep Yadav may not be included in the playing 11 of this match.
Here is India’s probable playing 11 for the third ODI.
